Messy Color™ Coconut Milk Ltd Run

511808 - Sold Out

Coconut Milk Ltd Run (511808)<br />An opaque off-white.

An opaque off-white.

"I tested Coconut Milk and it was actually better with regard to opacity than Peace. The top is Effetre 204, the next CiM Coconut Milk and the lowest CiM Peace. The picture is not very good, but especially in Peace you will probably see a thinning on the edge. It also looks grayer. Coconut Milk is almost as good as Effetre." CiM Tester Feedback

  • Some testers reported that they found no difference between Coconut Milk and other 104 whites.
"I can't see any significant differences between Coconut Milk and Peace. I didn't find Peace to be reactive either in my experiences with it." – Sue Stewart

"Coconut Milk is such a GREAT white to work with, as I find the Effetre White is just too soupy. I create glass flowers on copper wire for headpins and Coconut Milk is my go to white for my Daffodils and Dogwoods when I need a more earthy white. Working on copper wire is a bit more tedious and I find I have more work time with this glass."

"Coconut Milk is supposed to be an off-white. I personally have a lot of trouble seeing it as anything other than white. See? Effetre White Dots." Read more at DragonJools blog.

"I love this creamy thick colour that is slightly off white. It reminds me of enamel white in the Gaffer range, without the stiffness and starched look."
Liz DeLuca
“When I first looked at the rods next to Peace, I couldn't really see any difference between the two colours. However, after making my test beads and seeing the other beads posted on the CiM site, it's clear that there are some differences. Coconut Milk is ever-so-slightly off-white, and the reactions that it has with other colours are much different from those I got with Peace.” Read more at Melanie’s blog.

"Coconut Milk dots on blacks. There was no ghosting if I didn't overheat. Effetre black bleeds which you can see a little bit."
Genea Crivello
"Coconut Milk is a NON-REACTIVE white. I tested various blacks on Coconut Milk and all are non-reactive: Effetre black, Vetrofond black, Tuxedo, and Hades. They all stay solid if I was careful not to overheat."
